The cottage is only 500m away from the beach so you can hear the crushing of the waves on the beach and mixed with the bird songs it is the perfect start to any day and the best way to drift off to sleep.

Skilpadkos is the name the locals gave a velvety cats’ claw, it is striking red and attached itself to the roots of other plants to draw water and nutrients from the host. Years ago the flowers were dried and diluted to use as ink.
